We had an amazing stay at a hotel in the beautiful village. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. Despite the cold weather, the rooms were warm and cozy with a large LED TV. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the fresh handmade cakes for breakfast and the traditional "polenta." we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend it.

The wifi in the dependence building is not reliable and there isn't wifi in the restaurant.

Not to mention, the food was absolutely delicious! The fresh homemade cakes for breakfast were a treat, and the traditional dishes like "polenta" were heavenly. We stayed at a hotel recently where the staff was wonderful, making us feel like family. the rooms were cozy with a good view of the town, and the location was great, close to many shops and restaurants. We loved the shuttle service that took us to a ski hill every day, and the food was amazing, cooked fresh every day and tasted like something straight from a restaurant.
That the breakfast selection was limited, with not much to choose from besides pastries. the beds were a bit hard, making it hard for us to sleep comfortably.

The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the village, with ski rentals down the street and a spa nearby. The rooms are very clean and there is a space on the first floor where you can relax with friends. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious, with options for both adults and kids.
The wifi in the hotel is not reliable, especially in the dependence building.

We spent our Thanksgiving in a charming hotel in the mountains. The staff is very accommodating and friendly, making the overall experience lovely. The room was cozy and had a great view of the surroundings. We also appreciated the abundant and delicious food offered by the hotel, with a variety of options to choose from. The central location was a bonus, as we were able to explore the nearby town and attractions easily. Plus, we enjoyed the complementary shuttle service that allowed us to travel conveniently to our destinations.
While we were satisfied overall, we did notice that some aspects of the hotel could use some improvement. We found the Wi-Fi in our room to be spotty, and at times, unreliable.

The ski resort was excellent, and the snow conditions were perfect for the Christmas holiday. The ski instructors were helpful and patient, making our skiing experience even better. The shuttle service was reliable and saved us lots of time. , the hotel's location was great, with many shops, restaurants and a park nearby.
Our room was poorly heated, and we had to ask for extra blankets. Although the staff was friendly, the service was not always efficient during the busy Christmas season.
